The goal of Supply Chain Management is to optimize operations, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. It encompasses various elements such as inventory management, transportation, demand forecasting, supplier relationships, and order fulfillment.
Effective Supply Chain Management involves strategic decision-making, collaboration, and the use of technology to achieve seamless integration and visibility across the supply chain, ultimately driving business success.

About Us
Shaheed Bhagat Singh College's Supply Chain Management Cell was founded in 2021 and is the first supply chain-focused society at Delhi University.
We aim to improve DU students' understanding of supply chains and logistics. The SCM Cell seeks to interpret Supply Chain Management, which is often taught after graduation.
Through our USP of Industrial Visits, we present to our members diverse perspectives through which they can enhance their understanding of the topic in a conducive environment.

The goal of this cell is to provide college students who are highly motivated and interested in learning more about the world of logistics and how firms operate with a wide range of exposure. Our goal is to use the commitment, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking of our members to inspire and equip them to become the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
